Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:
- Products must be in new condition and unused.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items by mail.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges under the same conditions as returns. If you'd like to exchange a product, please initiate the process by emailing us.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving and approving the returned items.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Restocking Fees
There are no restocking fees for returns or exchanges.
